Comfortable rooms, creek view, near malls. Professional and helpful receptionists. Excellent food, accommodating for allergies. Clean facilities, new, easy walk to mall and waterfront.

stayed at citymax hotel and had a fantastic experience. interconnecting rooms made it convenient for us, breakfast was good, and the hotel was very clean. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel is near shopping malls. the staff, especially Ihab at the reception, was helpful and professional. I even left my mobile in the room after checking out and the staff quickly secured it and returned it to me. This was my third stay, and the staff always delivers their best, ensuring every request is met. I had a great overall experience and will surely come back.

I had been eager to visit the RAK National Museum, and Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah's proximity made it a convenient choice. However, the complimentary wireless Internet access was a pleasant surprise. The continental and buffet breakfast options were delightful, and the poolside bar was a great way to unwind after a day of exploration.
Staff attention needs improvement.
